A man who once was present during a most grisly crime, was spotted in the shadows by one of the executioners and bound up. Later they would see to it that he never spoke a word of what he had seen. They burnt his mouth and fused his lips together with wire stitching. He was incarcerated for many years and underwent many other forms of torture, to the point where he became resigned to seeing out the end of his days in this manner.

Overall, i wanted this piece to capture his emotion more than anything while keeping it believable, rather than real.
